A festival full off activities, entertainment and the thrill of the game !

6-17 March it’s time for The City Festival in Östersund in all its winter glory during the Biathlon World Championship.

The heart of the City Festival is the big mirror tent “La Belle Epoque” located on the main square, and that’s where you find the pulse of the festival.
Daytime the square will be filled with activities, The Outdoor Camp, Swedemount Biathlon Arena and much more.
When the sun goes down the square lights up by Northern Lights, fires and the slideshow of Pictures of Jämtland. That’s when the pulse of the festival moves in to the Mirror tent and its’ entertainment.

Sunday 10 March

Kids Day Party

The Main Square, 11 am - 3 pm

This day is dedicated for kids in all ages!
Meet Ullis and the reindeer Rudolf.  Ice-skating disco, The Kids O
utdoor Camp and Arla will give all the kids who want some hot chocolate.

The Gregorie Market is an annually tradition with a history over 1000 years back.
At the market place you can find local delicacies, handcraft and much much more.

This year you will find the market place down by the lake side at the harbor.

Vinterparken

In winter this is the place where everyone meets in Östersund, you can find something for all ages!
Take a walk on the lake or go for the ice-skating, enjoy the sun playa or let the kids play in the snow castle.

During the City Festival there will be a lot more that happens in Vinterparken.
