Downhill biking Frösön

Located just outside Östersund is Frösön and Östberget that holds some of Sweden’s best MTB enduro trails. The trail builders have managed to get the most out of the small hill with trails that are rocky, rooty and technical without losing speed and flow. Currently there are 6 trails.
• 2 blue/intermediate tracks
• 3 red/advanced tracks
• 1 black/extremely advanced track
• Bike Park trails: The trails on Frösön are what you would call technical flow. The trails are full of rocks and roots but remains fast and flowy. Most trails suit the intermediate to advanced rider and are best ridden on an Enduro bike.
