Slaktar'n Bistro & Deli

Slaktar’n Bistro & Deli at the lower corner of Stortorget in Östersund is a bistro and delicatessen where raw materials, craftsmanship and proximity to the producer are at the center. Here we work with naturally pastured meat from local farms and whole animals, which characterizes both the dishes in the bistro and the selection in the delicatessen. The bar serves natural wines and craft beer.

Our own charcuterie is produced on site and the menu is shaped according to season and availability, with a focus on solid food craftsmanship and raw materials from Jämtland and the surrounding area.

Slaktarn is a lively meeting place in the middle of town – for a dinner in the bistro, something in the bar or a visit to the delicatessen. During the summer there are also outdoor seats.
